A space for creativity, founded by Jacqueline Foti-Lowe.

Entering an exciting new chapter, The Front Room is relocating from Richmond to a remarkable 600m² space in the heart of Fitzroy—formerly home to the Centre for Contemporary Photography.

We exist as a meeting place for art, objects, and ideas, bringing together a vibrant community of artists, designers, and audiences through our Gallery, Creative Studio, and Design Store.

As we prepare to open our doors on Thursday 14 May 2026, our new website is evolving alongside us and will be launching soon.

Our exhibition will feature new works by Arno Declerq, followed by Melbourne Design Week in May.
